The BGCE Platform is owned, operated, and controlled by Miraya Events, a Private Limited Company with its registered office at 408, 3rd A Main Rd, HRBR Layout 3rd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer/Us/Our/We”). Through the BGCE Platform, the Organizer provides comprehensive information to you in relation to the Bharat Global Cultural Expo (BGCE) and associated sub-events, including but not limited to schedules, venue details, exhibitor information, and ticket or donor pass pricing, and facilitates the registration for or sale of tickets to such events. Regardless of whether the event is organized directly by us or by third-party partners, when you purchase a ticket, donor pass, or exhibition space through the BGCE Platform, then for the purpose of this T&C, you will be considered as a customer of Miraya Events only.

You agree that for any issue, service discrepancy, or grievance under these T&C, Your recourse shall be solely to the Organizer.

This T&C, along with the Privacy Policy (available on the Website), which constitutes an integral and inalienable part of the T&C, and any other applicable policies or legal notes published on the BGCE Platform, comprise a binding legal agreement between You and the Organizer. The T&C, Privacy Policy, and all such applicable policies constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and the relevant rules made thereunder, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws. As an electronic record, this document is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures to be legally enforceable.

Your use of the BGCE Platform and the services provided thereunder shall be governed by this T&C as well as any other applicable policies published herein. Your use of the BGCE Platform, whether for the purpose of transacting, registering for the Expo, or otherwise, implies your unconditional consent to the provisions of this T&C and the Organizer’s use of any information provided by you for the purpose of your engagement with the Bharat Global Cultural Expo. The Organizer hereby reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any part of this T&C without any prior written notice or intimation to you. It shall be your sole responsibility to periodically review this T&C and all other applicable policies for any revisions. Your continued use of the BGCE Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Protocols

Access to the Bharat Global Cultural Expo is granted exclusively through the issuance of a valid e-ticket or physical pass obtained via bgce.in. The User acknowledges that all registrations—whether for free entry or via a donor pass—are personal to the Attendee and are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. In accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, once a registration is confirmed, it constitutes a binding agreement. Miraya Events maintains a strict “No-Refund” policy for donor passes and administrative fees; any cancellation by the Attendee shall result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid. The Organizer reserves the absolute Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR) and may, at its sole discretion, refuse entry or eject any individual from the venue for security reasons, capacity limitations, or non-compliance with registration requirements, without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of “BGCE” used on BGCEPlatform are trademarks or registered trademarks of Miraya Events as the case may be. At no point of time, will the User have any rights and/or claim to have acquired any rights in and to any part or portion of the trademarks and/ or logos, in any manner whatsoever.

Pricing, Offers, Availability, and Seat Confirmation

BGCE Platform is a ticketing platform that makes tickets available to customers who follow due process on the platform – apply for any category tickets. After the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation page, email or message that must be shown at the event venue to redeem your tickets.

If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our customer service department to confirm whether the order has been placed or not. We don’t want you to lose money in case you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. while purchasing tickets, you are limited to a specific number of tickets you can buy per event.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The Attendee acknowledges and assumes all inherent risks associated with attending a large-scale public exhibition, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, or loss of property. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Miraya Events, its directors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained by the Attendee or their property while at the venue or in transit thereto. Attendees are solely responsible for the security of their personal belongings; the Organizer does not provide bailment services for personal assets. By entering the event premises, the Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer against any third-party claims or legal actions arising from the Attendee’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.

Consent for Media Capture and Promotional Use

By entering the Bharat Global Cultural Expo, the Attendee acknowledges that the venue is a public space where photography, audio recording, and video filming by the Organizer and authorized media partners will take place. The Attendee hereby grants Miraya Events an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide license to capture, edit, and utilize the Attendee’s likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media format—including but not limited to social media, television broadcasts, print advertisements, and digital archives—for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes related to BGCE. This consent is provided in alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, regarding data processing in public interest and for the legitimate purposes of the Organizer. Attendees who do not wish to be captured in media are advised to inform the official event photographers or avoid areas designated for active filming, though the Organizer cannot guarantee the exclusion of any individual from crowd shots or ambient recording.

Code of Conduct and Venue Rules

Miraya Events is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Attendees are required to adhere to a strict Code of Conduct, which prohibits any form of harassment, discriminatory language, disruptive behavior, or illegal activity as defined under the Indian Penal Code. The possession of hazardous materials, unauthorized promotional banners, illegal substances, or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited within the venue. Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff and security personnel. Any individual found in violation of these behavioral standards, or any person whose conduct is deemed prejudicial to the interests of the Expo, may be removed from the premises immediately. In such instances, the Organizer shall be absolved of all further obligations toward the individual, and the matter may be reported to local law enforcement authorities.

Notifications

You are consenting to receive transactional and promotional messages, or notifications, as generated by the BGCE Platform. We will be sending notifications to you by way of the following methods: SMS, Email, WhatsApp, or Voice Call.

Opt-out: We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account. If you want to remove Your contact information from all BGCE lists and newsletters, please click on the unsubscribe links in the emailer. For opting out of receiving any transactional and promotional messages or notifications on your WhatsApp account, please reach out to us at support@bgce.in and we will assist you.

About Us

The BGCE Platform is operated by Miraya Events (Pvt. Ltd.), based in Bengaluru. We provide information about the Bharat Global Cultural Expo and handle ticketing and registrations. When you buy through our platform, you’re our customer—even if the event has third-party partners.

Registration & Tickets

Access: Entry requires a valid e-ticket or pass from bgce.in
Non-transferable: All registrations are personal to you—no transfers or exchanges
No refunds: Donor passes and fees are non-refundable once confirmed
Right of admission: We may refuse entry or remove anyone for security, capacity, or rule violations—without refund

Ticket limits apply per event. Always check your confirmation email!

Your Responsibilities

You accept all risks of attending a large public event, including:

Personal injury or illness
Loss or theft of belongings (we don’t provide storage)

You agree to:

Indemnify us against claims from your own actions
Follow all venue rules and staff instructions

Media & Your Image

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. We can use your image, voice, or likeness in:

Social media, TV, print ads, and digital content
Promotional and educational materials

Don’t want to be filmed? Inform our photographers or avoid filming areas (though we can’t guarantee exclusion from crowd shots).

Code of Conduct

We’re committed to a safe, respectful environment. Strictly prohibited:

Harassment or discrimination
Disruptive or illegal behavior
Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials
Unauthorized promotional materials

Violations = immediate removal + possible police involvement

Transactional updates (confirmations, venue info)
Promotional content

Force Majeure (Event Cancellation/Postponement)

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
Natural disasters or acts of God
Government orders or restrictions
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Venue unavailability

If such events occur, Miraya Events may:

Postpone the event to a mutually agreed date, OR
Move to virtual format, OR
Cancel the event

In case of cancellation, participants will be offered:

(a) Transfer to next BGCE edition, OR
(b) Refund of 70% of registration fees (30% retained as administrative costs)
Refunds processed within 45 business days

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Dispute Resolution Process

First: Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through good faith negotiations within 30 days
If unresolved: Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Arbitration details:

Seat: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent
Decision is final and binding
