While the final visa issuance is at the discretion of the Indian Government, our team ensures your application is supported by all necessary official event documentation.

Once your participation as an Exhibitor or Business Delegate is confirmed and the initial payment is processed, you can request an official invitation letter through our International Desk. You will need to provide your passport details and proof of registration. This letter is essential for applying for a Business Visa at your local Indian Consulate or via the Indian e-Visa portal.

Yes, professional translators for major global languages are available to assist with cross-cultural communication during meetings, presentations, and live interactions at pavilions.

Yes, for those registered under the Business Delegation, accommodation is included. The package provides 4 nights in a 5-star or equivalent hotel with a daily buffet breakfast. If you are an individual visitor or exhibitor outside of this package, our Travel Desk can still assist you in booking partner hotels at exclusive discounted rates.

We aim to make your arrival stress-free. The Business Delegation includes Airport Pickup and Drop services from Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) to your designated hotel. If you are arriving independently, our Travel Desk can coordinate reliable private transport for you upon request.
